I am really into treadmill performance training. I got tired of the generic workouts and the research that said how different treadmill training is from real world running. The other problem is did we try to adapt and modify? This is about adapting and modifying.
I have trained clients on three types of treadmills, motorized, non-motorized and specialty treadmills like the Woodway Force.
I have also have a modified treadmill that I do resistance treadmill running with.
What I say will go against the norm for the most part.

Active running on a treadmill is the way to go. It is very simple to do.
You will be amazed at the difference.
Follow along as I get ready for track season.
